Common questions
Can you keep my restaurant open during a remodel?
Often, yes. We plan work in phases and schedule noisy or messy work around your hours. We'll walk through what's realistic for your space during the site visit.
Do you handle permits and health department approvals?
Yes. We pull the building permits and coordinate the inspections and approvals your project needs.
Why does your plumbing license matter for restaurants?
Commercial kitchens need a lot of plumbing work. Holding our own plumbing contractor certification means fewer handoffs and less waiting on outside schedules.
How long does a restaurant build-out take?
It depends on size, permits and equipment lead times. You'll get a schedule with your written bid.
