Tequesta Steak House

The project

R Builders was contracted for the Tequesta Steak House commercial build-out, which opened in the spring of 2014 in Tequesta Plaza just off US Route 1.

What we built

We completely transformed the available commercial space to include many more dining seats, a new wrap-around bar and a renovated outdoor dining area. The work included installing additional grease traps, and we worked with the Village of Tequesta and the Loxahatchee River Conservation Group to ensure compliance with all local regulations and permitting.

The result

The build-out took the space from demolition through new booth partitions, paneling, lighting, carpet, a granite bar top and a new awning over the outside bar.
