Sandpointe Bay condo
A full interior overhaul of a condominium at Sandpointe Bay in Tequesta.
The project
R Builders acted as general contractor for a residential project in Palm Beach County at the Sandpointe Bay Condos in Tequesta. The project was an overhaul of the existing condominium space.
What we built
The work included new ceramic tile flooring throughout the interior and balcony spaces of the condo, along with updates to the bathrooms and kitchen. The entire unit had a knockdown drywall finish applied to the ceilings, and R Builders coordinated a completely new paint finish for all interior walls. New bath fixtures, mirrors and electrical fixtures were installed as part of the remodel.
The result
Custom kitchen cabinets replaced the outdated existing kitchen to complete the facelift of this Tequesta condominium.
