Bungalow Boutique

The project

The owners of the new Bungalow Boutique, a ladies' dress shop, awarded the commercial build-out contract to R Builders to convert available commercial space in the Tequesta Galleries Shopping Center, formerly occupied by the Smoke Inn, into a new dress shop.

What we built

The project called for complete removal of the existing flooring and ceiling materials, as well as restoration of all wall finishes. As the project's licensed general contractor we installed brand new drop ceilings, placed new flooring and refinished the walls to create a new look for the shop. The project also included the necessary electrical, plumbing and air conditioning modifications, carried out by our licensed contractors.

The result

R Builders obtained the required permits from the Village of Tequesta and handled the demolition of the old Smoke Inn through to the finished boutique.
