LSG Golf Studio
A previously occupied retail space in the Publix plaza in Tequesta, built out into an indoor golf simulator and teaching studio with three bays.
The project
R Builders was contracted for a commercial space tenant build-out for a new indoor golf simulator and teaching studio in Tequesta, in the Publix shopping plaza. The project began in January 2026 and the studio opened in April 2026.
What we built
We took a previously occupied commercial space and turned it into a golf simulator studio with three simulator bays and a workout area. We made all of the electrical, mechanical and framing changes needed to meet the design criteria and the building codes. We finished the project with the installation of new flooring, synthetic turf and three full service golf simulators.
The result
LSG Golf Studio is now a staple in the plaza, offering both golf lessons and free play 24 hours a day with award winning instructors and a booming clientele.
