Restaurant remodels and ADA accessibility modifications for Red Lobster across Florida, Virginia and Mississippi.
The program
R Builders worked with Red Lobster on a mix of full remodels and accessibility work across Florida, Virginia and Mississippi. The ADA modifications are the kind of job that rewards a contractor who knows the codes: bringing restrooms, entrances and circulation routes into compliance inside a working restaurant, with as little disruption to service as possible.
2019 — the first locations
The work began with Naples in Florida and Manassas in Virginia.
ADA repairs and modifications
Accessibility work followed across a run of locations: Waterford Lakes, Pensacola, Melbourne, Sanford and Altamonte Springs in Florida, and Hattiesburg in Mississippi.
Return projects
Two of those locations, Waterford Lakes and Altamonte Springs, later came back to R Builders for full projects.
