Chowder Heads
A New England seafood restaurant built out from existing commercial space on Okeechobee Blvd.
The project
R Builders was selected by Chowder Heads as the general contractor for a new location of the New England style lobster and seafood restaurant at 1900 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, just off I-95 in a commercial plaza using existing space.
What we built
The restaurant required extensive commercial build-out work, all completed under R Builders' supervision. Demolition included removal of the existing slat walls, drop ceilings and carpeting. Existing walls were removed and the entire commercial space was reconfigured to suit the new restaurant design.
The result
New plumbing, electrical, walls and ceilings were installed to create the finished Chowder Heads restaurant.
