Turning Point, Viera
A bare concrete shell on Viera Blvd turned into a finished Turning Point restaurant, open on schedule.
The project
R Builders was contracted for a commercial restaurant build-out in a brand new shell space in Rockledge, just off I-95 on Viera Blvd, for another Turning Point Restaurants location. The project started in January 2026 and opened on schedule on July 28, 2026.
What we built
We took a completely empty concrete shell building and installed all the required mechanical, electrical, plumbing, framing and finishes to transform the space into a fully functional and beautiful new restaurant for the Viera area.
The result
This is the third full restaurant build-out R Builders has completed for Turning Point Restaurants.
