Bay Hill Estates Garage Projects

R Builders Inc has been contracted to complete two residential garage additions in Bay Hill Estates . Both of these custom garage additions in Palm Beach County require construction of garage expansions to seamlessly match existing construction. R Builders will coordinate all work on the projects to ensure quality delivery of the garage design and ensure timely completion of the projects.

From the initial soil survey through all building inspections, R Builders will work with municipal authorities to ensure compliance with applicable building codes. R Builders will also work with the HOA Bay Hill Estates to ensure compliance with any Bay Hill Estates regulations.

Both garages will include new concrete floors, cement block walls, stucco finishes, truss roof systems and roofing material. Existing driveways will be modified and repaired as required making both additions appear to have been part of the initial custom home design.

Updating bathrooms at Schooners Restaurant

Schooners restaurant in Jupiter contracted R Builders to help them with a renovation of the existing facility bathrooms. Outdated restrooms required updates to come into compliance with handicap accessability and Schooners was looking for options to make the change without losing valuable restaurant seating. R Builders worked with Schooners to come up with a workable design and plan the project with minimal impact to restaurant operations.

R Builders also worked with the Town of Jupiter to ensure compliance with all inspections and building codes during the project. The new bathrooms feature brand new floor and wall tile, new bathroom fixtures, ceilings and wall finishes. During the entire process we worked to minimize impact for customers while providing top quality workmanship!

Minor renovation project at Jupiter Island Golf Resort

R Builders was contracted to perform some minor rennovation for the Jupiter Island Gold Club in Martin County FL. The Golf Club needed some work done on one of the club house properties, including a tear down and replacement fence project.

The work included repair of hardy plank siding existing on the building, removal of some old concrete and new walk and drive area concrete pours. They also required a newly built fence using cypress siding with decorative trim and the entire area required new paint applications. R Builders worked with the clubs architect to complete the project while maintaining the design concept that the architect required. All phases of the work were completed and overseen by R Builders and the project was successfully completed.

Small water damage repair in Jonathans Landing

R Builders doesn't only specialize in the larger commercial projects, our team also provides residential services to the Jupiter area. Recently a home owner contacted us regarding some water damage along a stucco wall near their pool enclosure.
