R Builders Inc has been granted another commercial project in Palm Beach County FL.

The new Bungalow Boutique, a ladies dress shop, will be coming soon to the Tequesta Galleries Shopping Center in Tequesta Florida. The owners of the new Bungalow Boutique have awarded the commercial build out contract to R Builders Inc to convert the available commercial space, formerly occupied by the Smoke Inn, into a new dress shop.

R Builders Inc contracted to build new Chowder Heads restaurant in West Palm Beach

A new location of the popular New England style Lobster and Seafood Restaurant Chowder Heads will be opening soon in West Palm Beach. R Builders Inc is proud to have been selected by Chowder Heads as the General Contractor for this new location at 1900 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach.

The newest restaurant in West Palm Beach is just off I-95 on Okeechobee Rd in a commercial plaza using existing space. The restaurant will require extensive commercial build outs, all of which will be completed under the supervision of R Builders Inc. Demolition permits have been obtained and work has begin on the new Chowder Heads which is projected to open for business later this spring.

Demolition for this project includes removal of existing slat walls, drop ceilings and carpeting. Existing walls will be removed and the entire commercial space will be reconfigured to suite the new restaurant design. New plumbing, electrical, walls and ceilings will be installed to create the new Chowder Heads restaurant.

Tequesta Steak House Coming Soon!

R Builders Inc is proud to have been contracted for the newest Tequesta dining restaurant commercial buildout. The new Tequesta Steakhouse will be opening Early Spring 2014 in the Tequesta Plaza just off US Route 1.

RBuilders is beginning the process of completely transforming the available commercial space to include many more dining seats, a new wrap around bar and a rennovated outdoor dining area. We will be installing additional grease traps and working with the Village of Tequesta and the Loxahatchee River Conservation Group to ensure compliance with all local regulations and permitting as part of the Tequesta Steakhouse project.

Transforming East City Grill into the newest Duffy's Sports Grill

R Builders Inc is currently working with Duffy's Sports Grill to bring a brand new sports bar and grill to the city of Weston in Broward County FL. Duffy's secured a lease in Weston Town Center and will be opening a newly renovated commercial space customized by R Builders Inc.

After working with the city of Weston for site plan amendments, permits and variances needed to complete the project as required by city building codes we've begun construction of the new location.

The new Duffy's will occupy the spot formerly known as the East City Grill. We're working to completely remodel the commercial interior as well as adding a newly enclosed seating area with a scenic waterfront view. The new Duffy's will be opening in late March 2014.
