Another Duffy's Sports Grill coming soon to Lake Mary FL

Construction has begun on the latest location for Duffy's Sports Grill in the Orlando area, in Colonial Town Park, Lake Mary. Once again Duffys is using R Builders as the General Contractor for the project which involves rennovation of an existing commercial space into a sports dining experience.

This new Duffy's location is being built in the space formerly occupied by the Thai Restaurant - The Blue Elephant. R Builders will be acting as the General Contractor for all phases of this remodeling project, including working with the Seminole County Building Department in Sanford FL to obtain all needed permiting and reviews for completion of the project. R Builders will also act as liason for Duffys with the Town Park management to ensure that all construction related issues are handled in accordance with their policies.

The commercial space being used for the new Duffy's location will require a variety of modification such as; patio modifications for an outdoor dining area, re-design of the interior seating area, development of walls and seating booths, air conditioning and walk in cooler modifications, rehab of existing kitchen floor, drop ceiling modifications, painting and of course, lots of televisions!

Duffy's Sports Grill prepares to extend to the west coast of Florida with a location in Estero, Lee County

Duffy's Sports Grill has aquired a location in Estero Florida for a westward expansion and has named R Builders as their General Contractor for the project. The Duffy's team has aquired a lease on the old Stoneys Sports Bar Lounge in Estero right beside the Stoneybrook Golf Course. Following aquisition of the location they asked R Builders Inc to help with transformation of this location into the newest Duffy's Sports Grill.

RBuilders have submitted the plans and aquired a building permit with Lee County and demolition work at this location is now underway! The project will be rather extensive as the building condition required a moderate amount of rennovations for it to suit the Duffy's expectations. This project will include complete restoration of existing floor surfaces, re-design of the interior layout, repair and replacement of many interior walls and or course, preparation for hundreds of TVs! The total project is expected to last approximately twelve weeks. R Builders Inc will act as General Contractor for this entire project, overseeing all Lee County building inspections and ensuring quality work from all sub-contractors on the project.

Construction begins on the Orlando location of Duffy's Sports Grill

R Builders Inc is happy to have again been awarded the contract for the newest Duffy's Sports Grill location. This new Duffy's will be located in Orange County in the city of Orlando. This location marks the first of a planned extended reach for Duffys. The job will convert what was once the Crave restaurant into a 375 seat sports dining experience, complete with the best television coverage, all of your favorite sports programs and of course Duffys great food!

R Builders Inc will act as General Contractor on the project, performing oversight of all sub-contractors and installation of all materials to complete the transformation of this commercial space for Duffy's.

Residential Remodeling Project on Jupiter Island

R Builders Inc has been contracted and we have begun a moderate remodeling project for a client on Jupiter Island in Martin County. This project calls for a remodel of half of an existing residence with no additions to exterior structure size. The customer has requested our services for completion of this project which includes complete overhauls in three different bathrooms, changes to the interior wall layouts, removal of popcorn drywall ceilings and replacement of several windows and doors. The project will also include replacement and repair of existing Mexican tile which extends throughout the home. Much of this tile will need to be repaired due to movement of existing wall and changes to rooms.
Changes to the room layouts will also require modification to the homes electrical and air conditioning systems which will also be completed by R Builders Inc. Complete bathroom renovations will also be included in this project, replacing showers, vanities, toilets and all plumbing as required.

R Builders Inc will be coordinating any subcontractors and obtaining the needed permits from the Town of Jupiter Island to complete all work in the residence.
