Condo Remodel in Sandpoint Bay
R Builders will be acting as General Contractor for a residential project in Palm Beach County at the Sandpointe Bay Condos in Tequesta FL. This project includes an overhaul of existing condominium space. The project will include new ceramic tile flooring throughout the interior and balcony spaces of the condo, as well as updates to bathrooms and kitchens.
The entire unit will have ceiling knockdown drywall finish applied and R Builders will coordinate a completely new paint finish for all interior walls. New bath fixtures, mirrors and electrical fixtures will also be applied during this remodeling project. Custom kitchen cabinets will replace the outdated existing kitchen to complete the facelift of this Tequesta condominium.
