A complete gut and renovation of a second-floor Jupiter Cove condo, with a newly closed-in terrace adding living space.
The project
A full renovation of a Jupiter Cove condo in Jupiter, Florida, completed in 2022. The project was a complete gut and renovation of the entire space, including the addition of living space at a new closed-in terrace.
What we built
We started this second-floor Jupiter condo by demolishing all of the interior finishes, then transformed and updated the entire unit. Ceilings were lowered for updated lighting, and a new hurricane impact sliding door system went in at the terrace to add the new living space. We worked hard with this client to make this one of the most attractive and sleek condo remodels we have done yet. Beautiful stone counters, custom cabinets, sleek tile in both new bathrooms and all new appliances and fixtures were installed. We replaced all of the trim and doors with modern styles and painted the entire condo.
