Hurricane Milton storm repairs
Tornado damage documented, estimated with the insurance adjusters, and repaired back to pre-storm condition.

The project
Hurricane Milton crossed Florida in October 2024 and spawned several tornadoes that damaged homes around Stuart and Port Salerno. R Builders worked with one of those homeowners to document the storm damage, work with the insurance adjusters, and provide the estimates required to get the damage covered. We then completed the repairs to return the home to pre-storm condition.
What we built
The storm damage covered exterior siding, two pressure-treated decks, and interior wall damage in the master bedroom area that meant completely redoing the bathroom shower, wall tile and finishes. We also repainted the entire exterior of the home and added seamless gutters and downspouts.
The result
Successful coordination to secure the maximum insurance coverage for the client, and repairs to every storm-damaged item for this Stuart homeowner.
