Jupiter Island residence

The project

R Builders was contracted for a moderate remodeling project for a client on Jupiter Island in Martin County. The project covered a remodel of half of an existing residence, with no additions to the exterior structure size.

What we built

The work included complete overhauls of three different bathrooms, changes to the interior wall layouts, removal of popcorn drywall ceilings, and replacement of several windows and doors. It also included replacement and repair of the existing Mexican tile that extends throughout the home, much of which needed repair because of the wall movement and room changes. The new room layouts required modifications to the home's electrical and air conditioning systems, which we completed as well. The bathroom renovations replaced showers, vanities, toilets and all plumbing as required.

The result

R Builders coordinated the subcontractors and obtained the permits from the Town of Jupiter Island for all work in the residence.
