Two custom garage additions built to match the existing homes, inside HOA requirements.
The project
R Builders was contracted to complete two residential garage additions in Bay Hill Estates. Both custom garage additions in Palm Beach County required garage expansions that seamlessly matched the existing construction.
What we built
Both garages included new concrete floors, cement block walls, stucco finishes, truss roof systems and roofing material. Existing driveways were modified and repaired as required, making both additions appear to have been part of the original custom home design.
The result
From the initial soil survey through all building inspections, R Builders worked with the municipal authorities to ensure compliance with the applicable building codes, and with the Bay Hill Estates HOA to meet its requirements.
